Etsu Double Yuzu Japanese Gin 700ml Spiced Gin this offering from Frey RanchMade at the Akita Distillery in northern Honshu, Etsu Double Yuzu begins with a seven day maceration of traditional botanicals before distillation without them. Japanese yuzu, juniper, licorice and angelica roots, coriander seed, and matcha bring an aromatic, layered citrus and botanical character. Fresh yuzu and lemon zest lead the aroma. The palate is lively and refreshing, balancing sparkling citrus acidity with elegant sweetness, then settling
