It is in lovely condition although there is some fraying/damage on the top and at the back of the fan and a few watermark stains on the edge

I am not sure of the exact heritage or date but I just love the look and feel of them

I just want to walk through there! Its painted beautifully with a thick impasto technique and is signed. It also has a lovely old carved gilt frame. Approximately circa 1930s 1940s.
